It's Better OFF to be active

Active travel week was held from 9th -13th May; the aim of It's Better OFF to be active is all about encouraging and helping you to be more physically active. Finding more active ways to travel like walking and cycling will not only help keep you fit and healthy, reduce your stress levels and make you feel good, it will also reduce your carbon emissions and save you money.
During the week there were a number of activities ranging from photo competition for Skirts and Suits Cycling - because cycling is not all about Lycra clad athletes! To view some of the winners photo's click here
Over 60 people joined the senior management team for guided stroll around the University Campus Walks. These can be found by clicking here
