Enquiry Services
The Library's enquiry service is a comprehensive facility for the Loughborough University community, providing professional help, advice and information on any topic originating from any member of the university, and, at our discretion, to external enquirers with a valid reason for using the service. We can also advise on users' Library accounts and offer support for the PCs, printers and photocopiers in the Library.
Enquiry Desks are located on all three floors of the Pilkington Library.
Enquiries may be addressed in person to the enquiry staff at enquiry desks, by internal telephone (ext.222360) or to our electronic enquiry service Ask a Librarian.
