Please use this form for any requests for the telephone service (as listed below). The exceptions are Requests for information, which has a separate form, and Changes to the Telephone Directory, which has a separate form to be completed by the department telephone contact.

What do you require? Voicemail Connection with e-mail reminder. The e-mail reminder is a short message informing you that you have a voicemail message waiting. (One off charge of £20 - Non University organisations on campus should e-mail for details of charges Telephone.Services@lboro.ac.uk). Voicemail Connection without e-mail reminder. (One off charge of £20 - Non University organisations on campus should e-mail for details of charges Telephone.Services@lboro.ac.uk). Add e-mail reminder to existing Voicemail Connection. Free. Remove e-mail reminder from existing Voicemail Connection. Free. Installation of a new line. (£90 for a standard line; £45 for a structured line). Moves / Change. (£10) - please give full details below. Standard phone handset for buildings / departments not using VoIP technology. (£30). Basic VoIP phone - for buildings / departments using VoIP technology. (£130) .

Operational hours of the switchboard are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday.
