Staff Desktop XP Non-charged Printer Setup
Using a TCP/IP Printer
In order to install a printer, you must be logged on as a local administrator. The preferred way of connecting access network printers on the Windows XP Staff Desktop Service is via TCP / IP. To use this route the printer must have been assigned an IP address and have a host name. The procedure for setting up a TCP / IP printer on a Windows XP PC is not obvious, so please follow it carefully.
